Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Edens was born in Virginia and moved to Georgia in 1974. He attended the University of Georgia for undergraduate work and then moved onto the Mercer School of Medicine. After school, he did his Emergency Medicine Residency at Emory from 1995-98. Dr. Edens has trained at Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Emory Midtown Hospital, Egleston Children’s Hospital, and Hughes Spalding Childrren’s Hospital. He has served as the medical director for several hospitals around Georgia and is currently on staff at Piedmont Healthcare. He is also the track physician for Atlanta Motor Speedway and Road Atlanta.


Healthcare Provider

Ms Bibisi is originally from Florida where she received her BA in Communication from Florida State University and then went on to become a registered nurse in which she has 16 years of healthcare experience. She began her career in cardiac and Med/Surg.
Ms Bibisi has worked in the emergency department and ultimately helped open and run an urgent care clinic in Florida. To pursue her master's degree in nursing, Ms. Bibisi moved to Georgia. After completing her MSN at Troy University two years ago, Ms Bibisi became a nationally certified nurse practitioner. She began working as an emergency department provider at North Mississippi Medical Center. She subsequently worked at a Mississippi urgent care clinic.
Ms Bibisi is excited to return to Georgia to be a provider for a new healthcare business, GoMed - bringing back house calls!


Healthcare Provider

Dessie attended Western Governors College in Utah and received her MSN as a family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Dessie has worked in emergency services for over 12 years in Austin and at Oconee Regional Hospital and loves it. She has 6 children of her own to keep her busy at home.


Healthcare Povider

Heather was raised in Augusta, Ga. She attended undergraduate school at The University of Georgia where she earned a bachelors degree in Biology.

Following college, Heather moved to south Florida where she attended PA school at Nova Southeastern University. Heather lived in Miami while practicing Emergency Medicine. She has continued to practice in various Emergency Rooms over the last 8 years. Heather currently resides in Atlanta is excited to join the Gomed team.
